Shipping policy
Delivery is made by courier to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer receives the fiscal document via email.
Indicative timeframe: 2–6 business days (except for remote areas or force majeure).
At the time of delivery, the Customer must verify:
- packaging integrity,
- correspondence of parcels.
Any damage or anomalies must be reported with a specific reservation on the courier's terminal.
Failure to note the specific reservation limits the possibility of claiming against the courier.
In case of storage due to recipient absence, after failed delivery attempts the package may be returned to sender; Vestopazzo will refund the amount deducting shipping, return, and storage costs.
