This channel enables confidential reporting of breaches of national or EU law that affect the public interest or the integrity of the private entity and that come to light in a work-related context. The reports are managed in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the persons involved and the content of the report and related documentation.
The solution adopted by Vestopazzo implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data and segregate access rights.

The personal data provided through this channel is processed by Vestopazzo, as the Controller, for the management and evaluation of the report, as well as for the adoption of any resulting measures. The legal basis for processing is the fulfilment of legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and, where applicable, performance of a task in the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR). The confidentiality of the whistleblower, the persons involved and the content of the report is guaranteed pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023. The data is accessible only to authorised individuals appointed to manage the reports. The data is retained for the time strictly necessary to examine the report and for any legal safeguards. Within the limits set out in Article 23 GDPR, the exercise of the rights referred to in Articles 15–22 GDPR may be deferred for the time necessary to avoid compromising the investigation activities.
