Preparation and shipping times
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes place within 4 working days of the order being shipped, depending on the destination location.
During high season or special promotions, these times may be extended by a few days.
Orders are delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase, so please check that this is correct in order to avoid delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders in Italy over €50.
For orders under this amount, the cost of shipping to Italy is €8.
We also ship overseas, and shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout depending on the destination country.
