HOW THE RETURN WORKS
Send an email to our customer service at ecommerce@vestopazzo.it with the items you would like to return and the order number.
You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to request the return.
The products must be returned intact, unused and with their original tags and packaging.
Once the request has been submitted, you will have 14 days to ship the product to the address shown.
The return shipment cost is paid for by the customer.

REIMBURSEMENT TIMESCALES AND METHOD
As soon as the package is received and checked, we will issue a refund (which will be made within 14 days to the same payment method used for the order) or issue a voucher to be used on your next purchase on our website, which will be sent by email.
