Terms, Conditions and Exclusions – “Rewarded Return” Promo

1. Value, issuance and duration

• Value of the voucher: €10.00 fixed for each receipt issued that contains
the purchase of products (purchases of gift cards only are excluded).

• Promotion validity period: from 1 November to 31 December 2025
(inclusive).

• Nature of the voucher: the voucher is issued exclusively in paper format
following the issuance of the sales receipt. Each voucher shows:

• the nominal amount of €10.00;

• a QR code linking to the dedicated page on www.vestopazzo.it, where the full “Terms,
Conditions and Exclusions” of the promotion are available.

• Voucher issuance: the voucher is generated when the receipt is issued,
for every purchase made during the promotional period, until 24 December
2025 (last date of voucher issuance).

• Use: the voucher can only be used starting from a purchase following the
one that generated it, even on the same day, provided it is on a separate
receipt. Vouchers issued on 24 December 2025 may be used until 31 December
2025. After this date, they will no longer be valid.

• Non-cumulability on the same receipt: the voucher cannot be used on the
same receipt in which it is issued.

2. Use of the voucher

• Minimum threshold: each voucher can be used on a minimum purchase of
€50.00.

• Cumulability: vouchers can be combined, with a proportional minimum
threshold:

• 1 voucher = €10.00 discount with a ≥ €50.00 purchase;

• 2 vouchers = €20.00 discount with a ≥ €100.00 purchase;

• 3 vouchers = €30.00 discount with a ≥ €150.00 purchase;

• …and so on (1 voucher for every €50 spent).

• Geographical validity: the voucher is valid only in the country of
issuance. In Italy, the promotion is valid in all Vestopazzo monobrand
stores, except Otranto, Ostuni, Assisi and Milano Marittima.

• Proof of purchase: to use the voucher, the paper voucher must be
presented together with the receipt proving its issuance. In case of loss
or deterioration of the receipt, a certified or digital copy showing the
necessary fiscal data may be accepted.

3. Special rules – Gift cards and store
vouchers

• Purchase of gift cards: does not generate any voucher.

• Accrual with gift card use: the €10.00 voucher is generated only when
the gift card is used to purchase products with a receipt issued during
the promotional period.

• Gift card used for product purchases: the €10.00 voucher accrues only
when the gift card is used to purchase products with a receipt issued
during the promotional period. If the gift card is purchased and used on
the same day, the product receipt is still eligible for voucher generation.

• Payment with gift card (partial or total): the receipt remains eligible
for the issuance of one €10.00 voucher, provided it contains the purchase
of products in the promotional period.

• Remaining gift card balance: unused credit remains available until the
gift card expiry date and may be used for future purchases.

4. Limitations

• The promotion cannot be combined with other initiatives offering
discounts or price reductions on the same products, unless otherwise
clearly communicated in-store or on the official website.

• The voucher cannot be converted into cash, duplicated or refunded in
case of loss, theft or deterioration.

• “Amount paid in cash” refers exclusively to payments made with cash,
debit card or credit card.

• The €10.00 voucher is NOT issued:

• during a customer return (issuance of merchandise return voucher);

• during the creation/issuance of a gift store voucher.

5. Returns and warranties

• In case of return, only the portion actually paid in cash (cash, debit
card, credit card) will be refunded. Any vouchers or gift cards used will
not be re-credited, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided by
the legal guarantee of conformity.

• Legal rights in the
event of defective or non-compliant products always remain valid.

6. Modifications, integrations,
suspensions and cancellations

• Without prejudice to accrued rights and consumer protections, Vestopazzo
may suspend or modify the initiative exclusively for reasons of force
majeure, new regulations, technical reasons or proven cases of fraud or
abuse.

• Any variation will be promptly communicated on official channels (www.vestopazzo.it, social media and in-store
notices) and will not have retroactive effect.

LEGAL NOTES

This initiative is among the promotional operations excluded from the
scope of D.P.R. 430/2001 art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c, as provided by
art. 22-bis of D.L. 91/2014.

The economic benefit deriving from the voucher is automatic, certain and
directly linked to the purchase of products, without randomness or
selection, and therefore does not constitute a prize promotion.

No ministerial requirements or authorisations are
needed.

affiliated with the Vestopazzo brand managing participating monobrand
stores.

1.
Période de validité

La
promotion est valable du 1er au 22 novembre 2026 inclus, pendant les horaires
d'ouverture des points de vente participants. Toute modification ne peut
intervenir que dans les conditions prévues au point 7 et sans porter atteinte
aux droits déjà acquis par les clients.

2. Champ
d’application

La
promotion est valable exclusivement dans les points de vente monomarque
Vestopazzo participants situés en France et répertoriés dans l’annexe A. Elle
ne s’applique pas au canal de vente en ligne. Les éventuelles initiatives en
ligne sont régies par leurs conditions spécifiques.

Les
présentes conditions et la liste des magasins participants peuvent être
consultées avant l’achat. L’identité et les coordonnées du vendeur sont
disponibles en magasin ; le vendeur est également identifié sur le ticket de
caisse. Pour toute information ou assistance, le client peut s’adresser au
personnel du magasin.

3.
Modalités de la promotion

Pour chaque
tranche complète de 50 € d’achat effectif figurant sur un même ticket de
caisse, le client reçoit un bijou en cadeau. Il n’y a pas de limite au nombre
de tranches complètes pouvant être atteintes sur un même ticket de caisse.

· Achats
effectifs de 50,00 € à 99,99 € : 1 bijou en cadeau.

· Montant
d'achat de 100,00 € à 149,99 € : 2 bijoux offerts. 

· Montant
d'achat de 150,00 € à 199,99 € : 3 bijoux offerts.

Pour les
montants supérieurs, le nombre de bijoux offerts augmente d'un bijou pour
chaque seuil complet supplémentaire de 50 € atteint.

Les bijoux
offerts sont remis immédiatement en magasin, au moment même de l’achat
remplissant les conditions requises. Aucun paiement supplémentaire, achat
ultérieur ou retrait différé n’est requis. Les modèles proposés en cadeau et
les modalités de choix éventuelles sont indiqués en magasin avant l’achat.

4.
Détermination du montant d’achat pris en compte

Le montant
d’achat pris en compte correspond à la valeur effective des produits achetés et
figurant sur le même ticket de caisse, nette des remises appliquées et incluant
les taxes applicables.

· Il n’est
pas autorisé de cumuler plusieurs tickets de caisse, même s’ils ont été émis le
même jour ou dans le même point de vente.

· L’achat
ou la recharge de cartes-cadeaux ne contribue pas à l’atteinte des seuils.

·
L’utilisation d’une carte cadeau comme moyen de paiement n’empêche pas
l’application de la promotion aux achats qui remplissent les conditions
requises.

· La valeur
des bijoux reçus en cadeau ne compte pas pour l’atteinte de seuils
supplémentaires. 

·
D’éventuelles autres promotions ne sont cumulables que si cette possibilité est
expressément indiquée dans leurs conditions respectives.

5.
Échanges, retours et produits non conformes

Les achats
effectués dans le cadre de la promotion sont soumis aux conditions générales de
vente habituelles du point de vente, mises à disposition avant l’achat, sans
préjudice des droits impératifs reconnus au consommateur.

Pour les
seuls échanges ou retours volontaires pour changement d’avis autorisés par le
point de vente, si l’opération réduit le montant d’achat pris en compte et le
nombre de seuils complets de 50 € atteints, le client doit restituer
exclusivement les bijoux offerts en cadeau qui dépassent le nouveau montant
d’achat pris en compte, intacts et accompagnés de leur emballage d’origine.

Par exemple, si le montant d'achat éligible passe de 120 € à
80 €, le nombre de cadeaux offerts passe de deux à un et un seul bijou doit
être restitué.

S'il n'est
pas possible de restituer le cadeau excédentaire, la gestion de l'échange ou du
retour volontaire suit les conditions commerciales communiquées avant l'achat.
Les présentes conditions n’autorisent aucune retenue automatique ni aucun
prélèvement correspondant à la valeur du cadeau qui n’aurait pas été
préalablement défini et communiqué au client.

La participation à la promotion ne limite ni la garantie
légale de conformité ni la protection contre les vices cachés reconnues au
consommateur en France. En cas
de produits défectueux ou non conformes, les solutions suivantes restent
disponibles : réparation, remplacement, réduction du prix ou résiliation avec
remboursement, selon les conditions applicables. Le retour du cadeau en parfait
état et dans son emballage d'origine n'est pas une condition pour bénéficier de
ces recours et aucun prélèvement automatique de sa valeur n'est prévu. Les
éventuelles conséquences d'une réduction de prix ou d'une résiliation du
contrat sur le cadeau ne sont gérées que dans les limites autorisées et sans
porter atteinte aux droits du client.

L'échange
du cadeau n'est pas prévu en cas de simple changement d'avis, sauf en cas de
conditions commerciales plus favorables ou de droits spécifiques du
consommateur. Les protections applicables en cas de défaut ou de non-conformité
du cadeau restent inchangées.

6. Limitations et disponibilité des cadeaux

La
promotion n'est pas rétroactive et est valable exclusivement dans les magasins
participants, pendant la période indiquée et dès que les seuils sont atteints
sur un seul ticket de caisse. Les cadeaux ne sont pas convertibles en espèces
ou en crédit, sous réserve des droits mentionnés au point 5.

La
disponibilité des modèles destinés au cadeau et les éventuelles restrictions de
choix sont communiquées avant l’achat. L’épuisement d’un modèle ou
l’indisponibilité des articles n’annule pas le droit aux cadeaux déjà acquis
grâce à un achat effectué selon les conditions annoncées et ne permet pas de
facturer des frais supplémentaires au client. L'engagement de livraison
immédiate prévu au point 3 reste inchangé.

7.
Modifications et suspension

Toute
modification ou suspension de la promotion ne peut être adoptée que si elle est
autorisée par la réglementation applicable et rendue nécessaire par des cas de
force majeure documentables empêchant le déroulement de l'opération ou par des
changements réglementaires contraignants. Elles doivent être limitées au strict
nécessaire et communiquées sans délai par le biais d’avis affichés dans les
points de vente et sur les canaux officiels, avant les achats auxquels elles se
rapportent.

Les
modifications n’ont pas d’effet rétroactif et ne portent pas atteinte aux
achats déjà effectués, aux avantages déjà acquis ni aux obligations de remise
des cadeaux dus. Les présentes conditions ne confèrent pas un pouvoir général
de modification ou de suspension pour de simples raisons techniques ou
organisationnelles.

En cas
d’abus ou de fraudes avérés, des mesures spécifiques et proportionnées peuvent
être prises, dans les limites autorisées, sans porter préjudice aux clients
ayant participé régulièrement à la promotion.

BEDINGUNGEN UND AUSSCHLÜSSE

Geschenkaktion „1 Gratisartikel pro 45 € Einkaufswert“

1. Gültigkeitszeitraum

Die Aktion gilt vom 7. September bis einschließlich 18. Oktober 2026 in den teilnehmenden Filialen, vorbehaltlich etwaiger Änderungen oder Aussetzungen im Rahmen und gemäß den in Punkt 8 festgelegten Verfahren.

2. Geltungsbereich

Die Aktion gilt in teilnehmenden Vestopazzo-Monomarken-Filialen in Italien, Spanien und Deutschland.

• Filialen, die nicht an der Aktion teilnehmen, werden über die zur Bekanntmachung der Aktion genutzten Kanäle und/oder direkt in den Filialen gekennzeichnet und kommuniziert.
• Die Aktion gilt nicht für den E-Commerce-Kanal, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.
• Die Aktion wird gemäß den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften des Landes durchgeführt, in dem sich die Filiale befindet.

3. Ablauf der Aktion

Für jeden vollen Betrag von 45,00 €, der auf einem einzigen Kassenzettel ausgewiesen ist, hat der Kunde Anspruch auf 1 Aktionsartikel, der beim Kauf ausgehändigt wird.

Im Einzelnen:

• Einkaufswert von 45,00 € bis 89,99 € → 1 Artikel;
• qualifizierter Einkaufsbetrag von 90,00 € bis 134,99 € → 2 Artikel;
• qualifizierter Einkaufsbetrag von 135,00 € bis 179,99 € → 3 Artikel;
• und so weiter, wobei pro weiteren vollen 45,00 € Einkaufsbetrag 1 Artikel gewährt wird.

Beträge unter 45,00 € können nicht kumuliert oder für spätere Einkäufe angerechnet werden.

Die im Rahmen der Aktion enthaltenen Artikel:

• gehören derselben Aktionskategorie an;
• haben den gleichen Geldwert;
• können sich hinsichtlich Modell, Form, Farbe, Ausführung oder anderer ästhetischer Merkmale unterscheiden;
• werden im Voraus von Vestopazzo festgelegt und für die Aktion ausgewiesen.

Der Artikel wird vom Shop aus den zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs verfügbaren Varianten zugewiesen. Der Kunde kann kein bestimmtes Modell, keine bestimmte Farbe oder Variante verlangen, sofern vom Shop nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.

Der Anspruch auf den Aktionsartikel ist bei Erreichen der entsprechenden Umsatzschwelle garantiert und erfolgt automatisch; er unterliegt keinen Verlosungen, Auswahlen oder anderen Zufallsmechanismen.

4. Ermittlung des anrechnungsfähigen Umsatzes

Für die Erreichung der Umsatzschwellen wird der tatsächlich für die gekauften Produkte bezahlte und auf demselben Kassenbon ausgewiesene Wert berücksichtigt, abzüglich etwaiger gewährter Rabatte oder Preisnachlässe.

Insbesondere gilt:

• Es ist nicht gestattet, verschiedene Kaufbelege zusammenzurechnen, auch wenn diese am selben Tag oder im selben Geschäft ausgestellt wurden;
• der Kauf oder das Aufladen von Geschenkkarten zählt nicht zum Erreichen der Schwelle;
• die Verwendung einer Geschenkkarte als Zahlungsmittel steht der Anwendung der Aktion nicht entgegen, sofern der Kaufbeleg Käufe von Produkten enthält, die zum Erreichen der Schwelle zählen;
• der Wert des im Rahmen der Aktion gewährten Artikels zählt nicht zum Erreichen weiterer Schwellen;
• weitere Werbeaktionen, Angebote oder Rabatte dürfen nur kombiniert werden, wenn dies ausdrücklich angegeben ist.

5. Kombination mit anderen Angeboten

Die Werbeaktion ist grundsätzlich nicht mit anderen kommerziellen Angeboten, Rabatten, Aktionscodes oder Sonderangeboten kombinierbar, die für denselben Einkauf gelten, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.

Sofern eine Kombination zulässig ist, werden die Schwellenwerte von 45,00 € auf der Grundlage des vom Kunden tatsächlich bezahlten Endbetrags für die aktionsberechtigten Produkte berechnet.

6. Umtausch, Rückgabe und mangelhafte Produkte

Käufe, die im Rahmen der Aktion getätigt wurden, unterliegen den am Verkaufsort geltenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, unbeschadet der dem Verbraucher nach geltendem Recht zustehenden zwingenden Rechte.

Im Falle eines genehmigten Umtauschs oder einer Rückgabe:

• wird die Anzahl der Aktionsartikel, auf die der Kunde Anspruch hat, auf der Grundlage des verbleibenden berechtigten Einkaufsbetrags neu berechnet;
• Wenn der verbleibende Umsatz weiterhin die ursprünglich erreichten Schwellenwerte erfüllt, bleiben die erhaltenen Artikel Eigentum des Kunden;
• wenn die Verringerung des Umsatzes dazu führt, dass ein oder mehrere Schwellenwerte nicht mehr erreicht werden, müssen alle Aktionsartikel, die über die sich aus dem neuen berechtigten Umsatz ergebende Anzahl hinausgehen, unversehrt und vollständig mit der Verpackung zurückgegeben werden;
• jede finanzielle Abrechnung, die sich aus der Nichtrückgabe von Artikeln ergibt, erfolgt gemäß den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften und den aktuellen Geschäftsbedingungen.

Beispiel: Wenn ein ursprünglicher Einkauf in Höhe von 90,00 € den Kunden zu 2 Werbeartikeln berechtigte und nach einem Umtausch oder einer Rückgabe der verbleibende berechtigte Umsatz 60,00 € beträgt, behält der Kunde nur Anspruch auf 1 Werbeartikel.

Der im Rahmen der Aktion erhaltene Artikel kann weder auf Wunsch des Kunden ersetzt noch gegen Bargeld, Gutscheine, Gutschriften oder sonstige Vorteile eingetauscht werden.

Die durch die geltenden Rechtsvorschriften vorgesehenen Rechte im Falle eines Mangels oder einer Nichtkonformität des Artikels bleiben jedoch unberührt.

7. Verfügbarkeit der Aktionsartikel

Die für die Aktion bestimmten Artikel werden in Mengen an die teilnehmenden Filialen verteilt, die entsprechend der Dauer der Aktion und den prognostizierten Verkaufszahlen geplant wurden.

Sollte der Vorrat an den für die Werbeaktion vorgesehenen Artikeln in einer Verkaufsstelle vollständig aufgebraucht sein, kann die Werbeaktion in dieser Verkaufsstelle vorübergehend ausgesetzt werden, sofern die Aussetzung dem Kunden vor dem Kauf deutlich mitgeteilt wird.

Die Aushändigung des Artikels im Zusammenhang mit einem bereits erreichten Schwellenwert, der durch einen während der Laufzeit der Werbeaktion ausgestellten Kassenbon nachgewiesen wird, darf nicht verweigert werden.

Es wird weder eine Gutschrift gewährt noch die Aushändigung des Werbeartikels aufgeschoben: Der Artikel wird zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs ausgehändigt.

8. Änderungen, Aussetzung und vorzeitige Beendigung

Unbeschadet der bereits von den Kunden erworbenen Ansprüche kann Vestopazzo die Aktion ausschließlich in folgenden Fällen ändern, aussetzen oder vorzeitig beenden:

• höhere Gewalt;
• gesetzliche Änderungen;
• technische oder organisatorische Hindernisse, die vernünftigerweise nicht vorhersehbar waren;
• die Notwendigkeit, eine betrügerische oder missbräuchliche Nutzung der Aktion zu verhindern oder zu bekämpfen.

Etwaige Änderungen werden unverzüglich und in angemessener Weise über die teilnehmenden Verkaufsstellen und/oder die offiziellen Kanäle, die zur Bekanntmachung der Aktion genutzt werden, mitgeteilt.

Etwaige Änderungen haben keinen Einfluss auf die Rechte, die den Kunden bereits vor deren Inkrafttreten zugestanden haben.

9. Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Die Aktion:

• gilt nicht rückwirkend;
• ist ausschließlich während des angegebenen Zeitraums und in den teilnehmenden Filialen gültig;
• setzt voraus, dass der Mindestumsatz auf einem einzigen Kassenbon erreicht wird;
• erlaubt keine Übertragung von Beträgen, die unter der nächsthöheren Schwelle liegen, auf nachfolgende Transaktionen;
• sie gewährt kein Recht auf Umwandlung des Aktionsartikels in Bargeld, Gutscheine, Gutschriften oder sonstige Vorteile;
• sie unterliegt diesen Teilnahmebedingungen sowie den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften des Landes, in dem der Kauf getätigt wird.

Die vollständigen Teilnahmebedingungen der Aktion sind in den teilnehmenden Filialen erhältlich.

Im Falle einer Übersetzung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen muss jede für ein bestimmtes Land bestimmte Version an die jeweiligen lokalen Rechtsvorschriften angepasst werden.

This policy governs the promotion valid
from November 1 through November 22, 2026, at participating Vestopazzo single-brand stores in Italy.

Promotion Terms

1. Validity Period

The promotion is valid from November 1 through November 22, 2026,
inclusive, during the business hours of the participating stores listed
at the bottom of this notice. Any changes or suspensions are governed by section
7 and do not affect rights already accrued by customers.

2. Scope of Application

The promotion is valid exclusively at participating Vestopazzo single-brand stores located in Italy and listed herein. It does not apply to the e-commerce channel; any
online initiatives are governed by specific terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and the list of
participating stores are available for review prior to purchase. The identity and contact information of the
seller are indicated below and made available at the store;
the entity making the sale is also identified on the sales receipt.
For information and assistance, customers may contact the
store staff.

3. Promotion Details

When purchasing three products from the Beauty category on a single sales receipt, the customer receives a complimentary pochette. No minimum purchase amount is required. The clutch is handed out immediately in-store upon making a qualifying purchase. No
additional payments, subsequent purchases, or deferred pickups are required.

The complimentary pochette must be from the FW25 collection; pochette from the FW26 collection are excluded. The available styles and any selection procedures are indicated at the point of sale prior to purchase.

4. Products Eligible for the
Promotion

Only products from the Beauty category that are purchased and listed on the same receipt count toward the requirement. Items
from other categories do not count toward the requirement. You may not combine different receipts, even if they were issued on the same day or at the same store.

The purchase or reload of gift cards does not count toward meeting the requirement. Using a gift card as a payment method does not prevent the promotion from applying if the receipt contains the three required Beauty products. The complimentary clutch bag does not count toward the required number of products.

Any other promotions may be combined only when this possibility is expressly stated in their respective terms and conditions.

5. Exchanges, Returns, and Non-Conforming Products

Purchases made as part of the
promotion are subject to the store’s terms and conditions, which are
made available prior to purchase, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to the consumer under applicable law.

For voluntary exchanges or returns due to a change of mind—as permitted by the store—if the transaction results in no longer meeting the requirement of three purchased Beauty products, the customer must also return the complimentary pouch, intact and complete with its original packaging. An exchange that maintains the requirement does not result in the loss of the complimentary item.

If it is not possible to return the complimentary gift, the
processing of the exchange or voluntary return follows the terms and conditions disclosed prior to purchase. No automatic charges or deductions for the value of the complimentary gift will be applied unless previously defined and communicated to the customer.

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the rights and remedies provided for by the Consumer Code remain unaffected. The
return of the free gift in its original, undamaged packaging is not a condition
for exercising these rights, and there is no automatic charge for its
value. The free gift cannot be exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind, unless more favorable conditions or specific consumer rights apply; the
protections in the event of a defect or non-conformity of the free gift remain in effect.

6. Limitations and Availability of
Gifts

The promotion is not retroactive and is valid exclusively at participating stores, during the specified period, and upon meeting the requirement on a single receipt. The gift is not convertible into cash or credit, subject to the rights referred to in point 5.

The availability of FW25 clutch models and any limitations on selection are communicated prior to purchase.
The discontinuation of a model or the unavailability of the clutches does not void the right to the gift already earned through a purchase made under the advertised conditions and does not permit the charging of additional costs to the customer. The commitment to immediate delivery provided for in Section 3 remains in effect.

7. Changes and Suspension

Any changes or suspensions may be implemented only where permitted by applicable regulations and rendered necessary by documented force majeure events that prevent the
conduct of the promotion or by binding regulatory changes. They must be
limited to what is strictly necessary and communicated promptly at
retail locations and through official channels, prior to the purchases to which they apply.

Such changes have no retroactive effect and do not affect
purchases already made, benefits already accrued, or the obligation to deliver the
reward items due. This policy does not grant a general right to modify or
suspend the promotion for mere technical or organizational reasons. In the event of
confirmed abuse or fraud, specific and
proportionate measures may be taken, within permitted limits, without affecting customers who have
participated in the promotion in good faith.

Consumer Rights in Italy

The consumer rights provided for
by the Consumer Code regarding the legal guarantee of conformity and the remedies
available under the conditions established by law remain unaffected.

Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions

This policy sets forth the common terms and conditions of the promotion valid at
participating retail locations in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Appendices A, B, and C
list the participating stores, the seller, and the
applicable consumer rights for each country. National terms and conditions
apply exclusively to purchases made in the respective country.

Common Terms and Conditions

1. Validity Period

The promotion is valid from November 1 through November 22, 2026, inclusive, during the
opening hours of the participating stores listed in the national appendices.
Any changes or suspensions are governed by Section 7 and do not
affect rights already accrued by customers.

2. Scope of Application

The promotion is valid exclusively at participating
Vestopazzo single-brand stores located in Italy, Portugal, and Spain, as listed below. It does not apply to the e-commerce channel; any
online initiatives are governed by specific terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and the list of participating stores are available for review
prior to purchase. The seller’s identity and contact information are indicated
below and made available at the store; the seller
is also identified on the sales receipt. For information and
assistance, customers may contact store staff.

3. Promotion Mechanics

For every full €45.00 threshold of qualifying purchase amount on a single
sales receipt, the customer receives a free piece of jewelry. There is no limit
on the number of full spending thresholds that can be reached on the same receipt.

The eligible jewelry is handed over immediately in-store,
at the time of the qualifying purchase. No
additional payments, subsequent purchases, or deferred pickups are required. The items
eligible for the gift and any selection procedures are indicated at the
point of sale prior to purchase.

4. Determining Qualifying Spend

Qualifying spend is the value of the products purchased and listed on the same
receipt, net of any applied discounts and including applicable taxes.
You may not combine different receipts, even if issued on the
same day or at the same store.

The purchase or reloading of gift cards does not count toward reaching the
thresholds. Using a gift card as a payment method does not prevent
the promotion from applying to purchases that meet the requirements. The
value of the complimentary jewelry received does not count toward reaching
additional thresholds.

Promotions may be combined only when this possibility is
expressly stated in the relevant terms and conditions.

5. Exchanges, Returns, and Non-Conforming Products

Purchases made as part of the promotion are subject to the store’s standard
terms and conditions, which are made available prior to purchase,
without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by the
applicable laws of the country of purchase.

For voluntary exchanges or returns due to a change of mind—if permitted
by the store—if the transaction reduces the qualifying purchase amount and the number of
thresholds of €45.00 reached, the customer is required to return only
the complimentary jewelry items exceeding the new qualifying purchase amount, in good condition and
complete with their original packaging. Example: If the qualifying purchase amount decreases from 100.00
€ to 80.00 €, the number of complimentary items due decreases from two to one, and only
one piece of jewelry must be returned.

If it is not possible to return the excess complimentary item, the processing of the exchange or
voluntary return follows the terms and conditions disclosed prior
to purchase. No automatic charges or deductions are applied for the
value of the free gift unless previously defined and communicated to the customer.

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the rights and
remedies provided for by applicable national law remain unaffected, as specified in the
respective appendices. Returning the free gift in undamaged condition and with
its original packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising these rights, and there is
no automatic charge for its value. The free gift cannot be exchanged
simply because the customer has changed their mind, unless more favorable conditions or specific
consumer rights apply; protections in the event of a defect or non-
conformity of the free gift remain unaffected.

6. Limitations and Availability of
Gifts

The promotion is not retroactive and is valid exclusively at
participating stores, during the specified period, and upon reaching the spending thresholds on a single
receipt. Gifts are not convertible into cash or store credit, subject to the
rights referred to in point 5.

The availability of models eligible for the free gift and any
limitations on selection will be communicated prior to purchase. The depletion of a
model or the unavailability of items does not eliminate the right to free gifts
already earned through a purchase made under the advertised conditions and does not
permit the charging of additional costs to the customer. The commitment to
immediate delivery provided for in point 3 remains in effect.

7. Changes and Suspension

Any changes or suspensions may be implemented only where
permitted by applicable regulations and when necessitated by
documentable force majeure events that prevent the initiative from proceeding
or by binding regulatory changes. They must be limited to what is
strictly necessary and communicated promptly at points of sale and through
official channels, prior to the purchases to which they apply.

Changes do not have retroactive effect and do not affect purchases
already made, benefits already earned, or the obligation to deliver the promotional gifts
to which customers are entitled. In the event of proven abuse or fraud, specific and proportionate measures may be taken,
within the permitted limits, without affecting
customers who have participated in the promotion in good faith.

La presente política
recoge las condiciones comunes de la iniciativa válida en los puntos de venta
adheridos de Italia, Portugal y España. Los anexos indican, para cada
país, las tiendas participantes, el vendedor y la referencia a los derechos de
los consumidores aplicables. Las condiciones nacionales se aplican
exclusivamente a las compras realizadas en el país correspondiente.

Condiciones comunes

1. Periodo de validez

La promoción es válida
del 1 al 22 de noviembre de 2026, ambos inclusive, durante el horario de
apertura de los puntos de venta participantes indicados en los anexos
nacionales. Cualquier modificación o suspensión se rige por el punto 7 y no
afecta a los derechos ya adquiridos por los clientes.

2. Ámbito de
aplicación

La promoción es válida
exclusivamente en los puntos de venta monomarca Vestopazzo participantes
situados en Italia, Portugal y España, enumerados en los respectivos anexos. No
se aplica al canal de comercio electrónico; las posibles iniciativas en línea se
rigen por condiciones específicas.

Las presentes
condiciones y la lista de tiendas participantes pueden consultarse antes de la
compra. La identidad y los datos de contacto del vendedor figuran en el anexo
correspondiente a cada país y están disponibles en el punto de venta; además,
el vendedor aparece identificado en el documento fiscal. Para obtener
información y asistencia, el cliente puede dirigirse al personal de la tienda.

3. Funcionamiento de
la promoción

Por cada tramo
completo de 45,00 € de gasto válido que resulte de un único ticket de compra,
el cliente recibe una joya de regalo. No hay límite en el número de tramos
completos que se pueden alcanzar en un mismo ticket de compra.

Las joyas
correspondientes se entregan inmediatamente en la tienda, en el momento de la
compra que cumpla el requisito. No se requieren pagos adicionales, compras
posteriores ni recogidas diferidas. Los modelos destinados al regalo y las
posibles modalidades de elección se indican en el punto de venta antes de la
compra.

4. Determinación del
gasto válido

El gasto válido es el
valor de los productos adquiridos y que figuran en el mismo ticket de caja, una
vez deducidos los descuentos aplicados e incluidos los impuestos
correspondientes. No está permitido sumar tickets de caja diferentes, aunque se
hayan emitido el mismo día o en el mismo punto de venta.

La compra o recarga de
tarjetas regalo no cuenta para alcanzar los umbrales. El uso de una tarjeta
regalo como medio de pago no impide la aplicación de la promoción a las compras
que cumplan los requisitos. El valor de las joyas recibidas como regalo no cuenta
para alcanzar umbrales adicionales.

Las promociones son
acumulables únicamente cuando dicha posibilidad se indique expresamente en las
condiciones correspondientes.

5. Cambios,
devoluciones y productos no conformes

Las compras realizadas
en el marco de la promoción se rigen por las condiciones comerciales habituales
del punto de venta, que se facilitan antes de la compra, sin perjuicio de los
derechos inderogables que la normativa aplicable en el país de compra reconoce
al consumidor.

En el caso exclusivo
de cambios o devoluciones voluntarias por cambio de opinión que el punto de
venta pueda admitir, si la operación reduce el importe de compra válido y el
número de umbrales completos de 45,00 € alcanzados, el cliente estará obligado
a devolver únicamente las joyas de regalo que excedan el nuevo importe de
compra válido, en perfecto estado y con su embalaje original. Ejemplo: si el
importe de compra válido pasa de 100,00 € a 80,00 €, los obsequios
correspondientes pasan de dos a uno y solo debe devolverse una joya.

Si no es posible
devolver el obsequio excedente, la gestión del cambio o de la devolución
voluntaria se regirá por las condiciones comerciales comunicadas antes de la
compra. No se aplicarán cargos automáticos ni retenciones por el valor del
obsequio, salvo que se hayan definido y comunicado previamente al cliente.

En caso de que el
producto sea defectuoso o no conforme, se mantendrán los derechos y las vías de
recurso previstos en la normativa nacional aplicable, tal y como se especifica
en los respectivos anexos. La devolución del obsequio en perfecto estado y con
su embalaje no constituye una condición para ejercer dichos derechos y no se
prevé el cargo automático de su valor. No se prevé el cambio del obsequio por
mero cambio de opinión, salvo que existan condiciones más favorables o derechos
específicos del consumidor; se mantienen las garantías en caso de defecto o
falta de conformidad del obsequio.

6. Limitaciones y
disponibilidad de los obsequios

La promoción no tiene
carácter retroactivo y es válida exclusivamente en las tiendas participantes,
durante el periodo indicado y al alcanzar los umbrales en un único ticket de
compra. Los obsequios no son canjeables por dinero en efectivo ni por crédito,
sin perjuicio de los derechos mencionados en el punto 5.

La disponibilidad de
los modelos destinados al regalo y las posibles limitaciones de elección se
comunicarán antes de la compra. El agotamiento de un modelo o la
indisponibilidad de los artículos no anula el derecho a los regalos ya
adquiridos mediante una compra realizada en las condiciones anunciadas y no
permite cobrar costes adicionales al cliente. Queda intacto el compromiso de
entrega inmediata previsto en el punto 3.

7. Modificaciones y
suspensión

Solo podrán adoptarse
modificaciones o suspensiones cuando lo permita la normativa aplicable y cuando
sean necesarias por causas documentables de fuerza mayor que impidan el
desarrollo de la iniciativa o por cambios normativos vinculantes. Deberán
limitarse a lo estrictamente necesario y comunicarse sin demora en los puntos
de venta y a través de los canales oficiales, antes de las compras a las que se
refieran.

Las modificaciones no
tendrán efecto retroactivo y no afectarán a las compras ya realizadas, a los
beneficios ya devengados ni a las obligaciones de entrega de los obsequios
correspondientes. En caso de que se detecten abusos o fraudes, podrán adoptarse
medidas específicas y proporcionadas, dentro de los límites permitidos, sin
perjudicar a los clientes que hayan participado regularmente en la promoción.

Condições comuns

1. Período de validade

A promoção é válida de
1 a 22 de novembro de 2026, inclusive, durante o horário de funcionamento dos
pontos de venda aderentes indicados nos anexos nacionais. Eventuais alterações
ou suspensões são reguladas pelo ponto 7 e não prejudicam os direitos já adquiridos
pelos clientes.

2. Âmbito de aplicação

A promoção é válida
exclusivamente nas lojas monomarca Vestopazzo aderentes situadas em Itália,
Portugal e Espanha, enumeradas nos respetivos anexos. Não se aplica ao canal de
comércio eletrónico; eventuais iniciativas online são regidas por condições específicas.

As presentes condições
e a lista das lojas aderentes podem ser consultadas antes da compra. A
identidade e os dados de contacto do vendedor estão indicados no anexo do país
e disponíveis no ponto de venda; o vendedor é ainda identificado no documento
fiscal. Para informações e assistência, o cliente pode dirigir-se ao pessoal da
loja.

3. Mecânica da
promoção

Por cada patamar
completo de 45,00 € de valor de compra válido resultante de um único recibo, o
cliente recebe uma peça de joalharia de oferta. Não há limite para o número de
patamares completos que podem ser atingidos no mesmo recibo.

As joias a que tem
direito são entregues imediatamente na loja, no momento da compra que cumpre o
requisito. Não são necessários pagamentos adicionais, compras subsequentes ou
levantamentos diferidos. Os modelos destinados à oferta e as eventuais modalidades
de escolha são indicados no ponto de venda antes da compra.

4. Determinação do
valor de compra elegível

O valor de compra
elegível é o valor dos produtos adquiridos e indicados no mesmo recibo, líquido
dos descontos aplicados e incluindo os impostos aplicáveis. Não é permitido
somar recibos diferentes, mesmo que tenham sido emitidos no mesmo dia ou na
mesma loja.

A compra ou recarga de
cartões-presente não contribui para o atingimento dos limites. A utilização de
um cartão-presente como meio de pagamento não impede a aplicação da promoção às
compras que cumpram os requisitos. O valor das joias recebidas como brinde não
contribui para o atingimento de limites adicionais.

As promoções são
cumuláveis apenas quando essa possibilidade for expressamente indicada nas
respetivas condições.

5. Trocas, devoluções
e produtos não conformes

As compras efetuadas
no âmbito da promoção seguem as condições comerciais habituais do ponto de
venda, disponibilizadas antes da compra, sem prejuízo dos direitos
inderrogáveis reconhecidos ao consumidor pela legislação aplicável no país de
compra.

Apenas no caso de
trocas ou devoluções voluntárias por arrependimento, eventualmente admitidas
pelo ponto de venda, se a operação reduzir o valor de compra válido e o número
de limiares completos de 45,00 € atingidos, o cliente é obrigado a devolver
exclusivamente as joias oferecidas que excedam o novo valor de compra válido,
intactas e com a respetiva embalagem. Exemplo: se o valor de compra efetivo
passar de 100,00 € para 80,00 €, os brindes a que tem direito passam de dois
para um e deve ser devolvida apenas uma joia.

Se não for possível
devolver o brinde excedente, a gestão da troca ou da devolução voluntária segue
as condições comerciais comunicadas antes da compra. Não são aplicadas
cobranças automáticas nem retenções pelo valor do brinde, salvo se previamente
definidas e comunicadas ao cliente.

No caso de um produto
com defeito ou não conforme, mantêm-se os direitos e as vias de recurso
previstos na legislação nacional aplicável, conforme especificado nos
respetivos anexos. A devolução do brinde em perfeitas condições e com a
embalagem intacta não constitui condição para o exercício desses direitos e não
está prevista a cobrança automática do seu valor. Não está prevista a troca do
brinde por mero arrependimento, salvo condições mais favoráveis ou direitos
específicos do consumidor; mantêm-se as garantias em caso de defeito ou não
conformidade do brinde.

6. Limitações e
disponibilidade dos brindes

A promoção não é
retroativa e é válida exclusivamente nas lojas aderentes, no período indicado e
mediante o atingimento dos limites mínimos num único recibo. Os brindes não são
convertíveis em dinheiro ou crédito, sem prejuízo dos direitos referidos no ponto
5.

A disponibilidade dos
modelos destinados ao brinde e as eventuais limitações de escolha são
comunicadas antes da compra. O esgotamento de um modelo ou a indisponibilidade
dos artigos não anula o direito aos brindes já adquirido com uma compra
efetuada nas condições publicitadas e não permite cobrar custos adicionais ao
cliente. Mantém-se o compromisso de entrega imediata previsto no ponto 3.

7. Alterações e
suspensão

Eventuais alterações
ou suspensões só podem ser adotadas na medida em que sejam permitidas pela
legislação aplicável e quando se tornem necessárias devido a causas
comprováveis de força maior que impeçam a realização da iniciativa ou a
alterações normativas vinculativas. Devem limitar-se ao estritamente necessário
e ser comunicadas atempadamente nos pontos de venda e nos canais oficiais,
antes das compras a que se referem.

As alterações não têm
efeito retroativo e não prejudicam as compras já efetuadas, os benefícios já
adquiridos ou as obrigações de entrega dos brindes a que os clientes têm
direito. Em caso de abusos ou fraudes comprovados, podem ser adotadas medidas
específicas e proporcionadas, dentro dos limites permitidos, sem prejudicar os
clientes que participaram regularmente na promoção.

Anexo A Itália

A promoção é válida de
1 a 22 de novembro de 2026, inclusive, exclusivamente nos 9 pontos de venda
abaixo indicados.

Para os produtos
adquiridos em Itália, mantêm-se os direitos do consumidor previstos no Código
do Consumidor em matéria de garantia legal de conformidade e as vias de recurso
