Terms, Conditions and Exclusions – “Rewarded Return” Promo

1. Value, issuance and duration

• Value of the voucher: €10.00 fixed for each receipt issued that contains
the purchase of products (purchases of gift cards only are excluded).

• Promotion validity period: from 1 November to 31 December 2025
(inclusive).

• Nature of the voucher: the voucher is issued exclusively in paper format
following the issuance of the sales receipt. Each voucher shows:

• the nominal amount of €10.00;

• a QR code linking to the dedicated page on www.vestopazzo.it, where the full “Terms,
Conditions and Exclusions” of the promotion are available.

• Voucher issuance: the voucher is generated when the receipt is issued,
for every purchase made during the promotional period, until 24 December
2025 (last date of voucher issuance).

• Use: the voucher can only be used starting from a purchase following the
one that generated it, even on the same day, provided it is on a separate
receipt. Vouchers issued on 24 December 2025 may be used until 31 December
2025. After this date, they will no longer be valid.

• Non-cumulability on the same receipt: the voucher cannot be used on the
same receipt in which it is issued.

2. Use of the voucher

• Minimum threshold: each voucher can be used on a minimum purchase of
€50.00.

• Cumulability: vouchers can be combined, with a proportional minimum
threshold:

• 1 voucher = €10.00 discount with a ≥ €50.00 purchase;

• 2 vouchers = €20.00 discount with a ≥ €100.00 purchase;

• 3 vouchers = €30.00 discount with a ≥ €150.00 purchase;

• …and so on (1 voucher for every €50 spent).

• Geographical validity: the voucher is valid only in the country of
issuance. In Italy, the promotion is valid in all Vestopazzo monobrand
stores, except Otranto, Ostuni, Assisi and Milano Marittima.

• Proof of purchase: to use the voucher, the paper voucher must be
presented together with the receipt proving its issuance. In case of loss
or deterioration of the receipt, a certified or digital copy showing the
necessary fiscal data may be accepted.

3. Special rules – Gift cards and store
vouchers

• Purchase of gift cards: does not generate any voucher.

• Accrual with gift card use: the €10.00 voucher is generated only when
the gift card is used to purchase products with a receipt issued during
the promotional period.

• Gift card used for product purchases: the €10.00 voucher accrues only
when the gift card is used to purchase products with a receipt issued
during the promotional period. If the gift card is purchased and used on
the same day, the product receipt is still eligible for voucher generation.

• Payment with gift card (partial or total): the receipt remains eligible
for the issuance of one €10.00 voucher, provided it contains the purchase
of products in the promotional period.

• Remaining gift card balance: unused credit remains available until the
gift card expiry date and may be used for future purchases.

4. Limitations

• The promotion cannot be combined with other initiatives offering
discounts or price reductions on the same products, unless otherwise
clearly communicated in-store or on the official website.

• The voucher cannot be converted into cash, duplicated or refunded in
case of loss, theft or deterioration.

• “Amount paid in cash” refers exclusively to payments made with cash,
debit card or credit card.

• The €10.00 voucher is NOT issued:

• during a customer return (issuance of merchandise return voucher);

• during the creation/issuance of a gift store voucher.

5. Returns and warranties

• In case of return, only the portion actually paid in cash (cash, debit
card, credit card) will be refunded. Any vouchers or gift cards used will
not be re-credited, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided by
the legal guarantee of conformity.

• Legal rights in the
event of defective or non-compliant products always remain valid.

6. Modifications, integrations,
suspensions and cancellations

• Without prejudice to accrued rights and consumer protections, Vestopazzo
may suspend or modify the initiative exclusively for reasons of force
majeure, new regulations, technical reasons or proven cases of fraud or
abuse.

• Any variation will be promptly communicated on official channels (www.vestopazzo.it, social media and in-store
notices) and will not have retroactive effect.

LEGAL NOTES

This initiative is among the promotional operations excluded from the
scope of D.P.R. 430/2001 art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c, as provided by
art. 22-bis of D.L. 91/2014.

The economic benefit deriving from the voucher is automatic, certain and
directly linked to the purchase of products, without randomness or
selection, and therefore does not constitute a prize promotion.

No ministerial requirements or authorisations are
needed.

Promoters of the initiative: all companies
affiliated with the Vestopazzo brand managing participating monobrand
stores.

Conditions générales et exclusions – Promotion « 1 article offert »

« 1 article offert pour 50 € d’achat » – France

1. Période de validité

La promotion est valable du 20 juillet au 31 août 2026 inclus, sauf modification ou suspension communiquée conformément aux dispositions du point 8.

2. Champ d’application

La promotion est valable dans les magasins monomarques Vestopazzo participants situés en France.

• Les éventuelles exclusions territoriales ou relatives à certains magasins seront communiquées en magasin et sur les canaux officiels.

• La promotion ne s’applique pas à la boutique en ligne, sauf indication contraire.

3. Modalités de la promotion

Pour chaque tranche complète de 50 € d’achat net figurant sur un même ticket de caisse, le client reçoit un article gratuit.

• Achat net compris entre 50,00 € et 99,99 € → 1 article gratuit.

• Achat net compris entre 100,00 € et 149,99 € → 2 articles gratuits.

• Pour les montants supérieurs, le nombre d’articles offerts augmente proportionnellement aux paliers complets de 50 € atteints.

• L’article offert sera attribué selon les modalités et les disponibilités communiquées en magasin.

4. Cumul avec les soldes

La promotion est cumulable avec les soldes en cours.

• Les articles en solde comptent pour l’atteinte du seuil de 50 €.

• Le seuil est donc toujours calculé sur le montant net des produits achetés, après application des remises.

5. Détermination du montant pris en compte

Pour atteindre le seuil, on prend en compte la valeur effective des produits achetés et figurant sur le même ticket de caisse, nette des remises appliquées.

• Il n’est pas autorisé de cumuler plusieurs tickets de caisse, même s’ils ont été émis le même jour ou dans le même point de vente.

• L’achat ou la recharge de cartes-cadeaux ne compte pas pour l’atteinte du seuil.

• L’utilisation d’une carte-cadeau comme moyen de paiement n’empêche pas l’application de la promotion.

• La valeur de l’article reçu en cadeau ne compte pas pour l’atteinte d’autres seuils.

• Les éventuelles promotions supplémentaires ne seront cumulables que si cela est expressément indiqué.

6. Échanges, retours et produits non conformes

Les achats effectués dans le cadre de la promotion sont soumis aux conditions générales de vente habituelles du point de vente, sans préjudice des droits impératifs reconnus au consommateur par la législation applicable.

• Si un échange ou un retour fait passer le montant des achats éligibles en dessous du seuil ayant donné droit au cadeau, le client devra également restituer l’article reçu gratuitement, intact et dans son emballage d’origine.

• À défaut de restitution du cadeau, l’opération pourra être recalculée en tenant compte de sa valeur, dans les limites autorisées par la loi et les politiques applicables.

• L’article offert n’est ni remplaçable ni convertible en espèces, sauf en cas de défaut ou de non-conformité.

7. Restrictions

La promotion :

• n’est pas rétroactive ;

• est valable exclusivement dans les points de vente participants et pendant la période indiquée ;

• n’est applicable qu’une fois le seuil atteint sur un seul ticket de caisse ;

• n’est pas convertible en argent ou en crédit ;

• est soumise à la disponibilité des articles destinés au cadeau.

8. Modifications et suspension

Sous réserve des avantages déjà acquis par les clients, Vestopazzo se réserve le droit de modifier ou de suspendre la promotion pour cause de force majeure, pour des raisons techniques ou organisationnelles, en cas de changements réglementaires ou afin de prévenir les abus ou les fraudes.

Toute modification sera communiquée par le biais d’avis affichés dans les points de vente et sur les canaux officiels.

„1 Gratisartikel pro 45 € Einkaufswert“

1. Gültigkeitszeitraum

Die Aktion gilt vom 20. Juli bis einschließlich 31. August 2026, vorbehaltlich etwaiger Änderungen oder Aussetzungen, die gemäß den Bestimmungen in Punkt 8 mitgeteilt werden.

2. Geltungsbereich

Die Aktion gilt in den teilnehmenden Vestopazzo-Markenboutiquen in Italien, Spanien und Deutschland.

• Etwaige territoriale Ausschlüsse oder Ausschlüsse einzelner Filialen werden in den Geschäften und über die offiziellen Kanäle bekannt gegeben.

• Die Aktion gilt nicht für den E-Commerce-Kanal, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

3. Ablauf der Aktion

Für jede volle Schwelle von 45 € Netto-Einkaufswert, die sich aus einem einzigen Kassenbon ergibt, erhält der Kunde einen Gratisartikel.

• Netto-Einkaufswert von 45,00 € bis 89,99 € → 1 Gratisartikel.

• Netto-Einkaufswert von 90,00 € bis 134,99 € → 2 Gratisartikel.

• Bei höheren Beträgen erhöht sich die Anzahl der Gratisartikel proportional zu den erreichten vollen Schwellenwerten von 45 €.

• Der Gratisartikel wird gemäß den in der Verkaufsstelle bekannt gegebenen Modalitäten und Verfügbarkeiten vergeben.

4. Kumulierbarkeit mit den Schlussverkäufen

Die Aktion ist mit den laufenden Schlussverkäufen kumulierbar.

• Artikel aus dem Schlussverkauf tragen zum Erreichen des Schwellenwerts von 45 € bei.

• Der Schwellenwert wird daher stets auf der Grundlage des Nettobetrags der gekauften Produkte berechnet, nach Abzug der anwendbaren Rabatte.

5. Ermittlung des anrechenbaren Einkaufswerts

Für das Erreichen des Schwellenwerts wird der tatsächliche Wert der gekauften und auf demselben Kassenbon aufgeführten Produkte berücksichtigt, abzüglich der gewährten Rabatte.

• Es ist nicht zulässig, verschiedene Kassenbons zusammenzurechnen, auch wenn diese am selben Tag oder in derselben Filiale ausgestellt wurden.

• Der Kauf oder das Aufladen von Geschenkkarten trägt nicht zum Erreichen des Mindestbetrags bei.

• Die Verwendung einer Geschenkkarte als Zahlungsmittel steht der Anwendung der Aktion nicht entgegen.

• Der Wert des als Geschenk erhaltenen Artikels trägt nicht zum Erreichen weiterer Mindestbeträge bei.

• Eventuelle weitere Aktionen sind nur dann kumulierbar, wenn dies ausdrücklich angegeben ist.

6. Umtausch, Rückgabe und mangelhafte Produkte

Käufe, die im Rahmen der Aktion getätigt werden, unterliegen den üblichen Geschäftsbedingungen der Verkaufsstelle, unbeschadet der unveräußerlichen Rechte, die dem Verbraucher durch die geltenden Rechtsvorschriften gewährt werden.

• Sollte durch einen Umtausch oder eine Rückgabe der für die Berechnung maßgebliche Einkaufswert unter den Schwellenwert sinken, der zum Erhalt des Gratisartikels geführt hat, muss der Kunde auch den kostenlos erhaltenen Artikel unversehrt und vollständig in der Originalverpackung zurückgeben.

• Wird das Gratisgeschenk nicht zurückgegeben, kann die Transaktion unter Berücksichtigung des entsprechenden Wertes neu berechnet werden, soweit dies gesetzlich und gemäß den geltenden Richtlinien zulässig ist.

• Das Gratisgeschenk kann weder umgetauscht noch in Bargeld umgewandelt werden, es sei denn, es liegt ein Mangel oder eine Nichtkonformität vor.

7. Einschränkungen

Die Aktion:

• gilt nicht rückwirkend;

• ist ausschließlich in den teilnehmenden Filialen und im angegebenen Zeitraum gültig;

• gilt nur bei Erreichen des Mindestbestellwerts auf einem einzigen Kassenbon;

• ist nicht in Bargeld oder Guthaben umwandelbar;

• unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit der als Geschenk vorgesehenen Artikel.

8. Änderungen und Aussetzung

Unbeschadet der bereits von den Kunden erworbenen Ansprüche kann Vestopazzo die Aktion aufgrund höherer Gewalt, aus technischen oder organisatorischen Gründen, aufgrund neuer gesetzlicher Bestimmungen oder zur Verhinderung von Missbrauch oder Betrug ändern oder aussetzen.

Etwaige Änderungen werden durch Aushänge in den Verkaufsstellen und über die offiziellen Kanäle bekannt gegeben.

“1 free item for every €45 spent”

1. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from July 20 through August 31, 2026, inclusive, unless otherwise modified or suspended as communicated in accordance with Section 8.

2. Scope of Application

The promotion is valid at participating Vestopazzo single-brand stores located in Italy, Spain, and Germany.

• Any territorial exclusions or exclusions related to individual stores will be communicated in-store and through official channels.

• The promotion does not apply to the e-commerce channel, unless otherwise stated.

3. Promotion Details

For every full €45 of eligible spending on a single receipt, the customer receives one free item.

• Eligible spending from €45.00 to €89.99 → 1 free item.

• Eligible spending from €90.00 to €134.99 → 2 free items.

• For higher amounts, the number of free items increases in proportion to the full €45 thresholds reached.

• The free item will be awarded according to the terms and availability communicated at the store.

4. Combination with Sales

This promotion can be combined with current sales.

• Items on sale count toward reaching the €45 threshold.

• The threshold is therefore always calculated based on the net amount of the purchased products, after applicable discounts.

5. Determining Qualifying Spend

For the purpose of reaching the threshold, the actual value of the products purchased and listed on the same receipt is considered, net of any applied discounts.

• You may not combine different receipts, even if issued on the same day or at the same store.

• The purchase or reload of gift cards does not count toward reaching the threshold.

• Using a gift card as a payment method does not prevent the promotion from being applied.

• The value of the free item received does not count toward reaching additional thresholds.

• Any additional promotions may be combined only if expressly indicated.

6. Exchanges, Returns, and Non-Conforming Products

Purchases made as part of this promotion are subject to the store’s standard commercial policies, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

• If an exchange or return reduces the qualifying purchase amount below the threshold that generated the free item, the customer must also return the free item, intact and complete with its original packaging.

• If the free gift is not returned, the transaction may be recalculated to account for its value, within the limits permitted by law and applicable policies.

• The free gift cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

7. Limitations

The promotion:

• is not retroactive;

• is valid exclusively at participating stores and during the specified period;

• applies only when the threshold is reached on a single receipt;

• is not convertible into cash or store credit;

• is subject to the availability of the items designated as freebies.

8. Changes and Suspension

Without prejudice to benefits already accrued by customers, Vestopazzo may modify or suspend the promotion due to force majeure, technical or organizational reasons, regulatory changes, or to prevent abuse or fraud.

Any changes will be communicated via notices in stores and on official channels.

«1 artículo de regalo por cada 45 € de compra»

1. Periodo de validez

La promoción es válida del 20 de julio al 31 de agosto de 2026, ambos inclusive, salvo posible modificación o suspensión comunicada según lo previsto en el punto 8.

2. Ámbito de aplicación

La promoción es válida en los puntos de venta monomarca de Vestopazzo participantes situados en Italia, España y Alemania.

• Las posibles exclusiones territoriales o relativas a puntos de venta concretos se comunicarán en las tiendas y a través de los canales oficiales.

• La promoción no es aplicable al canal de comercio electrónico, salvo que se indique lo contrario.

3. Modalidades de la promoción

Por cada tramo completo de 45 € de gasto efectivo que figure en un único ticket de compra, el cliente recibirá un artículo de regalo.

• Gasto efectivo de 45,00 € a 89,99 € → 1 artículo de regalo.

• Gasto efectivo de 90,00 € a 134,99 € → 2 artículos de regalo.

• Para importes superiores, el número de artículos de regalo aumenta proporcionalmente a los umbrales completos de 45 € alcanzados.

• El artículo de regalo se entregará según las modalidades y la disponibilidad comunicadas en el punto de venta.

4. Acumulabilidad con las rebajas

La promoción es acumulable con las rebajas en curso.

• Los artículos en rebaja cuentan para alcanzar el umbral de 45 €.

• Por lo tanto, el umbral se calcula siempre sobre el importe neto de los productos adquiridos, una vez aplicados los descuentos correspondientes.

5. Determinación del gasto válido

A efectos de alcanzar el umbral, se tiene en cuenta el valor efectivo de los productos adquiridos y que figuran en el mismo ticket de compra, una vez deducidos los descuentos aplicados.

• No está permitido sumar tickets de compra diferentes, aunque se hayan emitido el mismo día o en el mismo punto de venta.

• La compra o recarga de tarjetas regalo no cuenta para alcanzar el umbral.

• El uso de una tarjeta regalo como medio de pago no impide la aplicación de la promoción.

• El valor del artículo recibido de regalo no cuenta para alcanzar otros umbrales.

• Las posibles promociones adicionales solo serán acumulables si así se indica expresamente.

6. Cambios, devoluciones y productos no conformes

Las compras realizadas en el marco de la promoción se rigen por las políticas comerciales habituales del punto de venta, sin perjuicio de los derechos inderogables que la normativa aplicable reconoce al consumidor.

• En caso de que un cambio o una devolución reduzca el importe de la compra por debajo del umbral que dio lugar al regalo, el cliente deberá devolver también el artículo recibido de forma gratuita, intacto y con su embalaje original.

• En caso de no devolverse el obsequio, la operación podrá recalcularse teniendo en cuenta su valor, dentro de los límites permitidos por la ley y las políticas aplicables.

• El artículo de regalo no es sustituible ni canjeable por dinero, salvo en caso de defecto o falta de conformidad.

7. Limitaciones

La promoción:

• no tiene carácter retroactivo;

• es válida exclusivamente en los puntos de venta participantes y durante el periodo indicado;

• solo se aplica al alcanzar el umbral en un único ticket de compra;

• no es canjeable por dinero en efectivo ni por crédito;

• está sujeta a la disponibilidad de los artículos destinados al regalo.

8. Modificaciones y suspensión

Sin perjuicio de lo ya devengado por los clientes, Vestopazzo podrá modificar o suspender la promoción por causas de fuerza mayor, motivos técnicos u organizativos, cambios normativos o para prevenir abusos o fraudes.

Cualquier modificación se comunicará mediante avisos en los puntos de venta y a través de los canales oficiales.

«1 artigo gratuito por cada 40 € de compra» – Portugal

1. Período de validade

A promoção é válida de 20 julho até 31 de agosto de 2026, inclusive, salvo eventual alteração ou suspensão comunicada nos termos previstos no ponto 8.

2. Âmbito de aplicação

A promoção é válida nas lojas monomarca Vestopazzo aderentes situadas em Portugal.

• Quaisquer exclusões territoriais ou relativas a lojas específicas serão comunicadas nas lojas e nos canais oficiais.

• A promoção não é aplicável no canal de comércio eletrónico, salvo indicação em contrário.

3. Mecânica da promoção

Por cada patamar completo de 40 € de valor de compra efetivo resultante de um único recibo, o cliente recebe um artigo em oferta.

• Valor de compra efetivo de 40,00 € a 79,99 € → 1 artigo em oferta.

• Valor de compra efetivo de 80,00 € a 119,99 € → 2 artigos em oferta.

• Para montantes superiores, o número de artigos de oferta aumenta proporcionalmente aos limiares completos de 40 € atingidos.

• O artigo de oferta será atribuído de acordo com as modalidades e a disponibilidade comunicadas no ponto de venda.

4. Acumulação com os saldos

A promoção é acumulável com os saldos em curso.

• Os artigos em saldo contribuem para a atingir do limiar de 40 €.

• O valor mínimo é, portanto, sempre calculado com base no valor líquido dos produtos adquiridos, após os descontos aplicáveis.

5. Determinação do valor de compra válido

Para efeitos de atinge o valor mínimo, considera-se o valor efetivo dos produtos adquiridos e indicados no mesmo recibo, líquido dos descontos aplicados.

• Não é permitido somar recibos diferentes, mesmo que emitidos no mesmo dia ou na mesma loja.

• A compra ou recarga de cartões-presente não contribui para atingir o valor mínimo.

• A utilização de um cartão-presente como meio de pagamento não impede a aplicação da promoção.

• O valor do artigo recebido como brinde não contribui para atingir outros valores mínimos.

• Eventuais promoções adicionais serão cumuláveis apenas se expressamente indicado.

6. Trocas, devoluções e produtos não conformes

As compras efetuadas no âmbito da promoção seguem as políticas comerciais habituais do ponto de venda, sem prejuízo dos direitos inderrogáveis reconhecidos ao consumidor pela legislação aplicável.

• Caso uma troca ou devolução reduza o valor da compra elegível para um montante inferior ao limite que deu origem ao brinde, o cliente deverá devolver também o artigo recebido gratuitamente, intacto e com a embalagem original.

• Caso o brinde não seja devolvido, a transação poderá ser recalculada tendo em conta o respetivo valor, dentro dos limites permitidos pela lei e pelas políticas aplicáveis.

• O artigo oferecido não é substituível nem convertível em dinheiro, salvo em caso de defeito ou não conformidade.

7. Limitações

A promoção:

• não é retroativa;

• é válida exclusivamente nos pontos de venda aderentes e no período indicado;

• é aplicável apenas quando o valor mínimo for atingido num único recibo;

• não é convertível em dinheiro ou em crédito;

• está sujeita à disponibilidade dos artigos destinados ao brinde.

8. Alterações e suspensão

Sem prejuízo do que já tenha sido adquirido pelos clientes, a Vestopazzo poderá alterar ou suspender a promoção por motivos de força maior, razões técnicas ou organizacionais, alterações normativas ou para prevenir abusos ou fraudes.

Quaisquer alterações serão comunicadas através de avisos nos pontos de venda e nos canais oficiais.
